Simple Risk‐Ruler to display Stop and Targets (1x risk, 2x risk and 3x risk) above and below a specific bar, based on height of that entry bar with one simple Middle Mouse button click ‐ useful for quick measurements, especially when day‐trading.

‐ Middle Mouse Click above bar for Longs
‐ Middle Mouse Click below bar for Shorts
‐ Middle Mouse Click on same bar to turn off

Hint: set property "Label" to one to avoid cluttering indicator info at top of your chart.

Is this indicator possible in TOS? If yes, can it be coded here?

ToS won't allow chart click events in the indicators. However, it can be done in such a way to enter the bar time in the indicator settings, however, it won't be as convenient as this.

Problem is you will need to keep adjusting it in the indicator settings in ToS. I would think it will become very tedious to keep going to the settings to do this.
