B4 Indication (visual alert when new white arrow is assigned to any stock)

I have been using the B4 indicator for thinkorswim and the Buy Signal (white arrow) is extremely accurate on the stocks that I have been back testing. Today I missed a trade on the 'ENSC' stock which I noted, posted the white Buy arrow at 06:25am today. I walked away thinking, " It would be great if I had an visual alert that would tell me, 1) that a 'new white' arrow was created, 2) the stocks name and 3) the time that is was created, 4) add it to your watchlist? Can you tell me if the B4 indicator has this ability?
